Pageant Fees and Registration Information
Deposit – $125.00
A non‑refundable deposit of $125.00 is required to secure your place in the competition. Upon receipt of the deposit, contestants will receive their official regional sash and crown, which may be utilized for approved appearances, community service engagements, promotional activities, and other pageant‑related events. Submission of the deposit also ensures access to all official contestant communications and preparation materials.
Pageant Fees – $450.00
The remaining balance of $450.00 is due on July 27, 2026.
This fee covers all required participation items and ensures contestants are fully prepared for competition weekend.

Requirements and Rules
Miss Category (Ages 18 and Over)
• Must be 18 years of age or older by August 29, 2026
• Eligible birthdate: On or before August 29, 2008
• May be married, divorced, single, or a mother
• Must not have participated in illicit or inappropriate material
• Must uphold the standards and values of the organization at all times
Teen Category (Ages 13–17)
• Must be between 13 and 17 years of age as of August 29, 2026
• Eligible birthdates: August 30, 2008 – August 29, 2013
• Must not have children
• Must comply with all rules, regulations, and conduct expectations General Expectations
• All contestants must adhere to the official pageant rules and guidelines
• All titleholders must obey all regulations and rules while wearing their sash and crown
• Contestants must represent their titles with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Misconduct, misuse of titles, or violation of rules may result in disqualification or removal of title Titleholder Conduct Rules (Standard Pageant Guidelines)
• Titleholders must maintain a positive public image in person and online
• Social media posts must reflect appropriate, respectful, and family‑friendly content
• Titleholders are expected to attend scheduled events, appearances, and community activities when possible
• Sashes and crowns may only be worn for approved events, appearances, charity work, photo sessions, or official pageant‑related activities
• Titleholders may not promote illicit, controversial, or adult‑oriented businesses or activities while representing their title
• Professional and respectful behavior is required at all appearances
• Titleholders must communicate promptly and respectfully with pageant leadership
• Any legal issues, public misconduct, or actions that may negatively impact the organization can result in immediate removal of title
